		Keto Blueberry Pancakes with Bacon
Description
Keto Blueberry Pancakes with bacon. A delicious breakfast that feels like you are cheating but you are not. They are only 6 grams of carbs per serving!
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions

Precook the bacon in the microwave or under the grill.

Mix together the eggs, almond milk ricotta cheese and vanilla extract in a blender.
 - 
														
Put a little butter in a skillet over a low heat.
 - 
														
Mix thoroughly the almond flour, baking powder, flax seed meal, salt and stevia powder in a bowl then gradually add to the blender until smooth.
 - 
														
Increase the heat of the skillet slightly and add a little more butter as necessary. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter for each pancake and flip when slightly brown.

Once flipped you can add around 4 or 5 blueberries to each pancake.
 - 
														
Serve each pancake with a strip of bacon and sugar free syrup as desired.
