Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. First prepare the cauliflower by boiling the cauliflower until tender, (6-10 minutes) while you sauté the salmon.

  2. Gently heat half of the olive oil in a large frying pan then add the salmon steaks and sauté until slightly brown both sides (approx 3 minutes each side), Do not overcook.

  3. While the cauliflower and salmon are cooking, take a small frying pan and heat the remaining olive oil. Add the garlic, onion and ham, gently frying for a few minutes until light brown.

  4. Remove the everything from the heat and mash the cauliflower in the same way you would prepare mashed potatoes, adding in the butter, cream and half of the garlic and onion plus the Parmesan cheese.

  5. Add the spinach to the remaining garlic, onion and ham in the small frying pan with a little olive oil if needed. Cook for 3 minutes on a medium to low heat.

  6. Put the salmon back onto a very gentle heat for a further minute or two maximum.

  7. Plate the salmon (1/2 fillet per serving). Add the cauliflower mash and garnish with the remaining garlic, onion and diced ham.

  8. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and take a bow for preparing a fantastic award worthy keto meal.
