Description

These tropical Avocado smoothies are delicious and so easy to make and only 4 grams of carbs per serving!

Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado (Chopped)
  • 1 can Coconut Milk (Full Fat)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • Sugar Free Sweetener (To Taste)
Perparation Instructions
  1. Measure out all the ingredients.

  2. Put all the ingredients (except the ice and sweetener) into a blender and mix well until smooth.

  3. Add the ice and sweetener to the blender and blend again.

  4. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
