Description

Keto Chocolate Brownies for when you have that craving for something sweet. However, they are only 2.5 grams of carbs per serving!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 4 Eggs (Large)
  • 8 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Stevia (Powder)
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • 1 pinch Salt
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F

  2. Mix together the eggs, almond milk, cream cheese, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, Stevia and salt.

  4. Combine the 2 bowls of ingredients together by adding the second bowl to the first gradually stirring in to form a very smooth mixture.

  5. Pour the mixture into a suitable size baking pan and put into the oven for about 35 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes then cut into squares.

  7. Delicious to eat as they are or serve with heavy whipping cream.
