Description

These delicious Bacon Turkey Meatballs make a lovely breakfast or lunch and easy to make. Only 5 grams of carbs per serving!

Ingredients
  • 24 oz Ground Turkey (Lean)
  • 6 Slices Turkey Bacon
  • 1 cup Red Apple (Diced)
  • 1 cup Fresh Rosemary (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1/2 cup White Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme (Or Basil)
  • 2 tbsp Low Sodium Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Eggs (Medium)
Perparation Instructions
  1. Cooking Instructions

    Measure out all the ingredients.

  2. Add the olive oil to a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy.

  3. Place on a paper towel until cool then chop into small pieces.

  4. Preheat your oven to 375 F°

  5. Add all your ingredients (including the bacon) to a mixing bowl using your hands to blend everything together.

  6. To firm up the mixture place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  7. Shape the mixture to form meatballs approximately 1 ½ to 2 inches in diameter.

  8. Turkey Meatballs

    Place the meatballs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and cook for approximately 20 minutes.

  9. Turkey Meatball Salad

    Serve with either a light salad or vegetables such as broccoli, beansprouts and spinach.
