This is a wonderful keto breakfast or add a salad or veggies for a yummy lunch. Very tasty low carb meal.
These delicious Bacon Turkey Meatballs make a lovely breakfast or lunch and easy to make. Only 5 grams of carbs per serving!
Measure out all the ingredients.
Add the olive oil to a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy.
Place on a paper towel until cool then chop into small pieces.
Preheat your oven to 375 F°
Add all your ingredients (including the bacon) to a mixing bowl using your hands to blend everything together.
To firm up the mixture place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture to form meatballs approximately 1 ½ to 2 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve with either a light salad or vegetables such as broccoli, beansprouts and spinach.
